Important things usually take lots and lots of preparation. A wedding day, birth of a child, heading off to college, they all require intentional preparation and focus. We would be wise as well, to not rush into and through the Christmas season. Something as significant as the coming of our long awaited Savior, isn’t to be take lightly and rushed in to. This second week of advent focuses on peace. This peace comes from intentionally slowing down and preparing our hearts and lives for the coming of Christ. God is faithful to His promises and we can be sure of His deliverance and salvation. Join us Sunday as we slow down and prepare the way for the long awaited Savior.
