Evident on Campus &

Ministry Guidelines

Is Evident meeting in-person?

Yes, we are meeting in-person for Sunday morning worship services at 9:30am & 11am as well as online at 11am.

What about kids ministry?

Yes, kids ministry is available for children infants - 5th grade Sunday mornings during our 9:30am & 11am services.

How will Evident enable social distancing in the building?

Our team will welcome you as you arrive and help with any guidance you may need to check kids in or arrive at your seat in the auditorium. While not possible everywhere in our building, we encourage social distancing where possible throughout our facility.

Will Evident be screening those who attend in person?

Temperature checks and symptoms screenings will be done on all of our volunteers and children attending Evident Kids. We ask everyone attending to use good judgment. If any of the following applies to you, please worship with us online:

  • In the last 14 days you have tested positive for Covid-19, been experiencing symptoms, or have a known exposure to COVID-19.

  • If you are in a “high-risk” group, or you care for someone who may be at a “high-risk” for severe illness.

Are seating reservations required?

At this time, you will not need to reserve your seat. Seating will be provided on a first come, first served basis. In the event that the auditorium seating is filled, we will have additional seating available in an overflow space.

Have service times changed? When should I arrive?

Please continue to visit our website for the most updated information.

What sanitization measures are in place?

Our facility is cleaned and sanitized every single week prior to our worship gatherings. Hand-sanitizer and face coverings are available throughout the facility. Most resources and opportunities for connection are available online.

How can I protect myself and others?

We not only have to consider our personal preferences, but also ensure the environment is safe for everyone. It’s very important for the health and comfort of others that we all follow recommended practices such as:

  • Wearing a cloth face cover in public places.

  • Washing your hands thoroughly and often.

  • Covering coughs and sneezes.

  • Practicing social distancing where possible by avoiding physical contact and maintaining 6 feet of space between you and people that live outside of your home.

  • Staying home if you are showing any signs or symptoms of illness.

What about face coverings?

We are asking everyone to wear a face covering while in our building. If you do not have one, they will be available for you as you walk in the door.

Face coverings don’t need to be worn by:

  • Children who are five years old and younger.

  • People who cannot medically tolerate a face covering.

  • Any members of our worship team and staff as needed while speaking or singing.

What if I am considered “high-risk”?

If you or someone in your family is considered “high-risk” for severe illness, we encourage you to continue joining us for service online.

I’m new, how do I get connected?

We would love to help get you connected! Please fill out a connect card by clicking here. We will be in contact with you soon!

What if I don't feel comfortable coming to an in-person service yet?

We completely understand, and we want you to feel comfortable. You can choose from two different platforms to watch church online: Facebook Live or Youtube. Sunday services stream online at 11:00am.

What about student ministry?

Student ministry (grades 6-12) meets every week from 6:30-8pm on campus. Students are encouraged to follow the same safety guidelines as above while in the building.

What about groups?

Groups meet in person and/or digitally. Up to 10 people if in person while following health and safety guidelines.**

What about contact tracing?

If we become aware of any positive cases, we will do our best to notify those who may have been exposed. If you start showing symptoms after attending an evident gathering please notify the leader and/or church staff.

What about Short-Term Mission Trips?
All short-term mission trips are postponed at this time.
